Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Historical returns include quarterly cash distributions (if any) and changes in Net Asset Value (NAV) per share (if any). Distributions are based upon the NAV per share as of recent quarterly distribution declaration dates. Historical returns percent excludes the effect on NAV per share of one-time 5.75% sales commission paid to the investment sponsor (0.75%) and Alture's broker-dealer (5.00%).
