The Bluerock Total Income+ Real Estate Fund  primarily invests in large institutional real estate funds with $5mm to $10mm minimum investment amounts. TI+ is a public, closed-end interval fund utilizing a multi-manager, strategy, and sector approach. The Fund allows individuals to invest in institutional private real estate assets alongside some of the nation's largest endowment and pension plans.
